Cancellation Policy

The Safe Pharmacy makes every possible effort to fulfil every order we receive. However, there can be times when the order gets cancelled due to certain reasons. Other instances of cancellation can occur when there are insufficient funds for payment or if there are any fraudulent orders.

It is the policy of The Safe Pharmacy to inform the customers if their order or a part of their order has been cancelled from our end due to some reason. If the order has been cancelled post the payment has been processed, a refund is initiated back to the credit to the bank or the customer’s credit card account or via paper cheque.

If you pay for an order with a check and if the payment isn’t received in a reasonable period of time, your order may get cancelled. We can also cancel an order if there are insufficient funds.

Customer Cancellation Request

If you wish to cancel an order, you will have to contact our customer service centre as soon as you make up your mind to order. Orders are processed within 12 hours after being placed and once the order is processed, it is no longer valid to be cancelled. If there are any errors or issues while ordering, check them within the first few hours of ordering. Double-check your order before placing or submitting it to us. If you change your mind post ordering, connect with our executives as soon as possible.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

When an order is cancelled either through The Safe Pharmacy or by the customer’s end, the refund is initiated within the first 10 business days of cancelling the order for credit cards and electronic payments. For payments made with the cheques or money orders, it can take comparatively longer than usual. Refunds for check or money order payments will only be sent to the billing address on the order.

The Safe Pharmacy is not accountable for the refund delays caused due to the account holder's bank. I
