Refund and Return
The Safe Pharmacy guarantees a refund in case the order hasn’t been delivered to you in 30 business days or has been delivered damaged. In such cases, The Safe Pharmacy will replace your order and if not replaceable, we will issue a full refund for the product. If you have multiple packages for delivery and you have received only a part of the complete order, you will be credited with the full amount and then charge for the portion that has been delivered to you.
Once the order has been shipped, please allow a period of 30 business days before it arrives. If after 30 days, you don’t receive the order, or you have been notified about the return of your package to The Safe Pharmacy, or if your order is being held back, you are required to send a ticket which you can find on the Support Page of our website. f you feel dissatisfied with the quality of the delivery, please connect with us within 45 days of the receipt. We extend 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee through which we will issue a free replacement or issue a refund as per the request. The Safe Pharmacy will not be able to extend any refund or issue a replacement for the orders once the receipt completes 45 days.
